Henri Rousseau Posters & Jungle Art Prints
Discover high-quality, unique posters for your home.
The painter of the jungle
Henri Rousseau (1844–1910) was a customs officer in Paris who taught himself to paint. Although he never left France, he painted lush, mysterious jungles full of animals – and became one of the best-known naive painters. In this category you'll find motifs in Rousseau's style: lions and pumas in dense foliage, parrots, toucans and butterflies, tropical sunsets and nocturnal jungle scenes.
Maximalism for your wall
The rich greens and vivid colour accents make Rousseau-style prints a perfect focal point in the living room or bedroom. They go well with rattan, velvet and lots of houseplants – or bring colour to a plain room as a large format.
