2. Sharing of Data

To process your order (production and shipping), we pass the data required for this (name, delivery address, phone number if provided, and the items ordered) to our printing and shipping partners. Depending on the product, this is Gelato or Printify (Printify, Inc., USA). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).

Printify has the products manufactured by production partners, which may also be located outside the European Union, and passes the delivery data on to the respective partner for this purpose. Transfers to the USA and other third countries are based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR). For details, please see Printify's privacy policy.

For payments, data is transmitted to the payment service provider Stripe.

3. Cookies and Analytics Tools

Our website uses cookies. Technically necessary cookies (e.g. for the shopping cart and login) are set based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. In addition, we only use the following third-party analytics and marketing tools with your prior consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). This creates pseudonymized usage profiles and uses cookies. The information generated is generally transferred to a Google server, and a transfer to the US cannot be ruled out.

Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity, a service provided by Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, D18 P521, Ireland, to analyze user behavior via heatmaps and session recordings. Data may be transferred to Microsoft servers in the US and may also be used by Microsoft for its own purposes, including improving advertising-related products. Overview of Cookies Used

Google Fonts

Fonts (Google Fonts) used for the design and personalization feature of this website are hosted locally on our own server. Therefore, no data of yours (in particular your IP address) is transmitted to Google.
